In a sign that Sanibel Captiva Community Bank is committed to Gateway for the long haul, the company has just completed the purchase of the building they currently occupy at 11691 Gateway Boulevard for $3,095,000.
Sanibel Captiva Bank said in a statement: The bank has hired Fowler Construction to renovate the building, including improvements to the common areas, bathrooms, stairwells and main entrance. In addition, the bank will be repaving the parking lot and adding new landscaping to the property.
In addition to the bank, the the 17,000 square-foot occupied by other businesses. Sanibel Captiva Bank said the building is fully leased.
