A public meeting will be taking place at 5pm today at the Relevance Community Church located at 13241 Griffin Drive in Gateway.

During that meeting, staff from Hole Montes will be presenting a plan for the large, empty plot of land at the northeast corner of the Gateway Boulevard and Griffin Drive intersection.

The plan is for a four-story, 336-unit complex consisting of seven buildings. The complex would be surrounded almost entirely by one-story homes and businesses.

If you wish to be heard by (or listen to) the developers, you should attend today’s meeting.

Should be interesting.
