Two months after their previous HOA board quit en masse, Timber Ridge residents held a special meeting last night to elect new directors.

One former board member resigned shortly after the community voted against giving the HOA new enforcement powers. The remaining two resigned after they learned of a potential recall effort as a result of a mini-scandal involving the community’s landscaping contract.

Resigning on their own made a recall unnecessary.

Congratulations to Bob Roessler, Rob Vertrees and Michelle Kaznowski.

We look forward to seeing what direction the new board takes Timber Ridge.
