Gateway Sun

You will now need more than one hand to count the number of buildings that Gartner will occupy in the Gateway area.

As first published by Project Leex earlier today, once Summit Church moves out of the building at 12600 Corporate Lakes Drive, Gartner will be moving in.

Gartner already occupies a three-story and four-story building on Gateway Boulevard as well as the Gartner Training Center at 12550 Professional Park Drive.

So that’s four.

We can also confirm that the technology research company will be building another four-story building in Gateway, and the Sun was the first to report that Gartner has plans to build a facility on the airport property – although that has not been officially confirmed as yet.

That’s five and six.

And this is from a reliable source … although not confirmed with documentation … but we’ve heard Gartner is willing to pay a premium for lease space in the area.

So if you own commercial property near the intersection of Gateway Boulevard and Daniels Parkway, Gartner would like to speak with you.
