The Gateway Services CDD will be hosting their 9th annual Holiday Festival at the Sherman Soccer Complex on Friday, December 2 starting at 6pm.

Free refreshments will be provided, and there will be plenty of activities for the children, as well as live entertainment performances.

Not going to say who and spoil the surprise, but a very special visitor from the North Pole will arrive at 7:15pm and will be available for pictures.

The GSCDD will be accepting donations of unopened and unwrapped toys, as well as non-perishable food items which will be given to families in need. If you can’t make it to the festival, you can drop any donations off at the district offices located at 13240 Griffin Drive from now through December 8.

Should inclement weather cause the event to be postponed, the makeup date will be December 9.

Residents are requested not to bring their pets to the Holiday Festival.

It’s awesome to see the district staff put together events like this for Gateway’s families.

We hope you’re able to make it and have a good time, and we thank the GSCDD board and staff for hosting this event each year.
